    132. The roof access ladder is given the same

treatment as the bike rack. Dismantled,

cleaned, reassembled and put on the back of

    the van.

    133. 19th APRIL 2011. The rear bumper rail is

removed and W4 Sealing tape applied. It is

then placed back and the bumper fixed back into place.

    134. New Trim stand-offs are made and stapled to

    the framework.

    135. Rear trim temporarily fixed into place. This

needs to be sealed at the top and front end

before fixing it on more permanently.

    136. 20 APRIL 2011. New tube caps are fitted to

the bike rack and roof access ladder

    137. The result of the vanishing on the inside.

    138. The vanish will be flattened so it becomes #less 'shiny'

    139. The vanish will at least protect the wood

    from knocks and scrapes.

    140. And the vanish brings out the grain in the wood.

    141. Another view.

    142. The nearside trim stand-off is measured, glued and stapled on.

    143. These will be painted black to protect them.
